I love this and have been sat on it all day so far...took in garden...so happy the feeling is good in a way i can't explain...i love the way the back rolls up and makes a really comfortable pillow and surprisingly is strong enough for me to actually use a a backrest i can lean back on...i have lots of pain from arthritis and injuries...being on the floor feels better for me and i got this initially to try and sleep on as a stepping stone to a futon but it's so brilliant in the garden and as a chair that i think i'll keep this as a chair and portable bed and get a futon as well...i just feel like this is really doing me some good to sit on...much better than sofa and better than just the floor and much better than a cushion....very impressed and happy...Thankyou very much for this amazing product i wish i found years ago

'Standard' mattresses cause me back pain, due to lack of proper support. I've tried a few different floor mattresses, but my budget is always too small to be able to splash out on more specialist options... and most of them felt like little more than a duvet on the floor. They helped my back, sure, but the hardness of feeling the floor caused me joint pain instead!I decided to try this one. It has a decent amount of padding (which protects my joints), whilst also being floor-firm (which helps my back). You can't really feel the ridged texture of this mattress whilst you're lying on it, and I have slept so comfortably since I bought it that I think I'll likely continue to use kapok mattresses for life. I love that you can roll it up during the day (with your bedding in - the strap is plenty long enough!) to create more floor space in your home, and to air the carpet. The unique shape of this mattress leaves plenty of space for air flow beneath it, which is really helpful... I've been using it every night for 2 months so far, and though it is flattened a bit where I lie on it, all the stuffing is still in place and shows no sign of disappearing like some other options might. I'm almost 17 stone, so stuffing staying put is impressive.Side note: it arrived smelling REALLY STRONGLY of musty dampness, quite mould-like, so strong that it filled my entire home. I sprayed it with antibac spray to be safe, then left it in direct sunlight for an entire day on each side, which eliminated the odour. It's been perfect since.

Arrived quicker than expected so thank you :)I got the large size which is just larger than a single size. I bought it as I'm looking to convert a van into a camper but wont have room for my usual huge wool deep-sprung double mattress but still want something natural and eco friendly.First impressions; when rolled up its larger than I expected, I thought it would be more compact but thats not a problem and good actually as hopefully means more filling more lasting comfort! It came in a huge box but was nice and light to carry up the stairs to my flat. The blue tones are nice though I'm not likely to look at it much when covered by blankets etc. It looks well made with good stitching and rolls/unroll very easily.The unrolled mat is quite hard and being a side sleeper that could take some getting used to but I may try a suggestion by another reviewer who got a mattress topper to soften it a bit. Ive tested for comfort with a yoga mat on top, still too hard, and a wool double duvet folded over and that seems about right but is slightly too short on the width/length then but have seen some wool toppers that could do the job.

This is a really comfortable mattress considering it is thin compared to a standard mattress, it really has sorted my back pain since sleeping on this , well recommended since purchasing I feel like I'm 20 years of age again as I don’t want to get out of bed since I been sleeping on this mattress 😂

Beautiful sleeping mat. Beautifully made. Perfect for me. Give myself 3 days to get used to new bed. Have had this 1 week, but so comfy . I ordered brown/beige, got brown/maroon, but still very happy 😃. Good value for money if it lasts. Love it. Suits minimalist life (I sleep on floor) - rolls up easy & still looks beautiful. It's a bed, it's a roll, it's a bedroll! Really comfortable and I sleep very well on the hard ground with it, makes any prison cell feel like home in seconds just roll it over top any dry hard surfaces and get ready for the best nights sleep you haven't had since getting out of the pen. And it's stuffed with this natural fiber from a special tree from far far away that's kind of like cotton but not quite, say bugs don't like it because there's nothing for them to eat so it is safe from all insects too. I am a Thai Massage Therapist, and I use this Mat for my Thai Massage clients. It is lightweight, portable, has a tie to hold it together. The tie is not a handle, it is only a tie. I feel like if you used it to carry the mat, it might break, so be aware of that. Otherwise, I love this Thai Mat so much, I am going to buy an additional one! I love the maroon color, the fabric is rich. My clients liked it, as it is not TOO squishy, it is medium firm.

At first I thought it was a little thin. I got an xl which is a few inches shy of a queen sized bed. Very comfortable. Worth it.

Looked extensively o line for a Jumbo Thai Mat. People offer mostly the large as their biggest option. It is firm but not heavy. Colors are bright. Packing was not good but arrived safely. It doesn’t come with any sort of instruction of how to clean it. If you are a serious body worker this is the way to go. For people not exceeding 5’3 this mat may feel huge, but better spacious than limbs hanging out right.

Love it
